Bloom is a subtle intertwining of 3 botanicals- Honeysuckle, Chamomile and Pomelo. For those of you who, like me, hadn\'t heard of Pomelo before it\'s a largish Citrus fruit found mainly in South and South East Asia. The Gin itself is beautifully balanced - delicate, light and floral.
