Every Autumn, vibrant blue damsons bring a splash of colour to the Wilkin Estates at Tiptree, Essex, where they have been growing fruit since the 1800s. Each damson plum is carefully hand-picked, then rested in locally distilled Hayman\'s gin. The result is this delicious gin liqueur, offering the deep, velvet sweetness of English Damsons, with more than a hint of almond on the finish.
