Simply fantastic. Water for the vines comes purely from the snow melt off the Andes under which their plots lie. Crucially they are they are the highest vineyards in their particular area and so get the purest melt and freshest water. The first commercial release from Cheval des Andes was only in 1999 but it has already gained a superb reputation.
