Rose Expression Gin shares the Silent Pool Gin DNA in terms of its complexity and refreshingly individual character, however the core recipe has been refined to compliment and enhance the rose notes. Some of the original botanicals - pear, bergamot, cubeb and cardamom - have been increased while lemon becomes the leading citrus. ### Product Description Silent Pool Gin takes its name from the spring-fed Silent Pool on the distillery’s estate Located in the Surrey Hills, the distillery has a traditional and small batch still including a vintage steam boiler which powers the still by burning locally sourced hard wood. Using a total of 24 botanicals, the key flavours include kaffir lime leaves, chamomile, rose and elderflower and provide a well-balanced gin that is both traditional Tasting Notes Distilled with a unique rose tea infusion to create a distinctive yet delicate rose flavour.
