This release is brought to us by Master Distiller, Alex Thomas and sees 100% Irish Malted Barley triple distilled within Copper Pot Stills to achieve the maximum flavour possible. After it has been distilled it is allowed to age and mature within Oloroso Sherry casks which allows for a Juicy Fruit Flavouring to be imparted on to the Whisky.
