Whilst working with one of the UK\'s most respected traditional gin distillers to create a classic juniper base, they turned the basement of their bar in Aberdeen into one of the UK\'s most innovative micro-distilleries and started cold-distilling the more exotic and delicate botanicals for their recipe- in order to extract more refined, vibrant flavours.
