More recently in 1973 the Bollinger family bought a minority state and no doubt brought plenty of knowledge when it comes to making high quality sparkling wines. Langlois own 95 hectares of superb vineyards around Saumur, Sancerre and Saumur-Champigny. Tasting Notes Fresh and elegant sparkling wine. A blend of 60% Chenin and 40% Chardonnay.
