Our blue agaves are grown to maturity in the valley regions of Jalisco, Mexico, and are selected only from fields that meet Mr. Becherano’s precise and proprietary requirements for black volcanic rock soil. Our name, Cantera Negra, means black quarry rock in Spanish.
