Delightful with seafood, grilled sole or sashimi with white fish. ### Product Description Ruinart is the oldest Champagne house which started selling bottles of Champagne from 1729. Prior to that the family\'s business was really cotton, but as they began to provide customers free bottles of Champagne as a \'thank you\' the demand for their fizz quickly meant that their attentions were soon fully on Champagne rather than the business of old.
