Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, we present Ukiyo Blossom Gin. Our journey begins by first distilling a traditional Japanese shōchū spirit. We redistill with juniper, mandarin and spice before infusing the delicate taste of sakura flower for a fragrant and citrus forward gin.
