Drawing on over a century of distilling wisdom, we present Ukiyo Yuzu Gin. Our journey begins by first distilling a traditional Japanese shōchū spirit. We redistill with juniper, mandarin and spice before infusing the fragrant taste of yuzu for an aromatic and citrus-forward gin. We respect the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan.
