This mezcal is made from three different types of agave: Espadin, Barril and Mexicano. This combination produces a light spirit which layers citrus and floral notes over a smoky, herbaceous base. These varietals produce flavors that are exotically intense, with rich earth tones and savory smokiness. From the heart of the maguey these flavors are traditionally extracted to produce mezcal that is wildly refined.
