The Vibram FiveFingers V-Train Mens Trainer is a next level barefoot training shoe. Built to Provide Flexibility of a barefoot shoe with a little more structure when training. Special Rope Traction Lugs in arch for rope climbing and a Circular lug pattern for grip during lateral movements. Made with a 4mm rubber outsole for maximum articulation and ground feel. The outsole is made from the excellent Vibram XS Trek compound with a tough yet highly flexible but also Non-marking outsole. The upper features an easy to use adjustable speed lace system with strap closure. A breathable polyester mesh is reinforced with protective PU Film sections. There is a 2mm EVA insole with a NZYM Anti-Microbial Poly Fabric Sockliner. As with all shoes in the Vibram Fivefingers range the V-Train have a zero heel to the drop to give a natural foot grounding. Uses include: Short to Mid Distance Running, Gym Work and Functional Fitness Training, After Sport and general foot physio.
