Shape With the Directional Shape the nose is slightly longer and wider than the tail. The bindings are slightly offset to the back (set back). This increases the stability at higher speeds and the lift in powder. The subtle Ultimate Traction Bump in the centre of the sidecut provides better grip on hard snow. Profile The traditional Camber profile consists of only one positive camber from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop. However, camber boards tend to catch edge more easily than other profiles. Flex The medium flex (7/10) provides a precise feel and control. Construction The Pop Woodcore is made of poplar wood and reinforced with beech stringers. This ensures a low weight, a smooth flex and good power transmission. The sintered base is an industry standard for high-quality surfaces. It offers a good balance between the speed achieved by a hard surface and good wax adhesion.
