Fairtrade sun dried apricot (now cut into slices!) are made from four different apricot varieties: Halman, Shekanda, Suryasum and Habi.  Grown in the Karakoram and Himalayan Mountains and valleys of Northern Pakistan, they have a lovely sweet and tangy flavour.   Four sun-dried apricots make up one of your 5 a day fruit portions. Our apricots are delicious to snack on, perfect for adding to muesli, great food for healthy lunchboxes, taking walking or camping, and fabulous cooking ingredients.  Apricots are also rich in dietary fibre.
