OUR UNWIND B VITAMIN COMPLEX SUPPLEMENT Our Unwind health supplement (formerly special B complex) is a blend of ingredients to support the bodies in stress using essential B-vitamins in an ideal ratio for the human body. This includes the six numbered B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12). To provide an extra boost, our Unwind formula also contains Vitamin C and E, magnesium, calcium and potassium. Unwind is formulated to include lecithin granules.
