Hemp seeds are high in all the good fats, so our oil is packed full of omega 3 and is really low in saturated fat (40% less than olive oil). Why we think it\'s cool: - Super rich in omega 3 - 40% less saturated fat than olive oil - It can apparently be used to finish wood carvings, as we\'re often told by carpenters on Instagram.
