The Organic Collection’s blueberry sparkle was originally launched as a festive alcohol-free tipple or booze alternative but proved so popular that it is now available year-round. The sparkling juice is made with a mixture of pressed apples, the selection is made to obtain a good balance of sweetness and gutsiness and then blueberries are added. The pressed juice is then simply carbonated, with no addition of water or anything else, and bottled with a champagne-style cork to produce an elegantly presented and tasty natural drink.
