There is absolutely no added sugar or salt and we never use palm fat or emulsifiers, only the whole nut which means you receive their nutritious goodness and taste. Hazelnut Butter makes a great change from Peanut, Almond or alternative butters.  Like its nut butter siblings, it tastes great spread on toast or mixed generously into porridge but its’ distinctive sweet and creamy taste comes to life when added to cacao based baking. Cakes, cookies, tortes, ice cream, you name it, Hazelnut Butter tastes great in it. With nothing but 100% whole Hazelnuts inside, the nut oil may separate on occasion but this does not affect the quality of the product.  Simply stir to restore to its natural consistency and enjoy!
