The designer pearl pendant measures 21mm top to bottom and is 13mm across the widest section. The real freshwater cultured round pearls are 4. 5mm and 3mm diameter. The handmade pearl pendant comes on an adjustable length chain which can be worn at either 16 or 18 inches (40 or 45 cm).
