. Ascent is one of the new angled extractor hoods proposed by Elica in 2014. Like the other angled extractor hoods Ascent has a strong visual impact limited lines and a simple design are what characterise the kitchen. Precisely because it is angled Ascent offers total freedom of movement it can be aligned perfectly with the cabinets offering all the space needed to cook in complete comfort. Ascent also has two extraction sources the air is extracted both by the lower part of the extractor hood and by the front slot of the panel. Rear AspirationModels equipped with this feature have air outlets at the upper and rear on the motor housing. The upper vent is used when the hood is installed in re-circulating mode or ducted mode with a chimney and the rear vent is used to duct-out directly behind the hood. Double BreathIn addition to the front aspiration these models also have a lower opening for direct fume capture.
