From 1973 to 1976 the line-up consisted of Tommy Bolin, David Coverdale, Glenn Hughes, Jon Lord and Ian Paice before the band members went separate ways until they reunited in 1984 with Ian Gillan as vocalist. During this time, on December 15, 1975, Bolin, Coverdale, Hughes, Lord and Paice gave a concert at Budokan Hall, Japan - one of the last with this legendary line-up. The thirty-minute performance was never before released and included the classics Burn, Love Child, Smoke On The Water, You Keep On Moving and Highway Star. This great hits and the Japanese audience, which is completely enthusiastic, created a unique atmosphere and prove once again that Deep Purple are living legends.
