Out on 26th November,Get your copy of the perfect Christmas album here!Its A Cool Cool Christmas was first released on very limited CD back in November 2000 and is now available for Christmas 2021 as a vinyl double album.Following numerous requests, 21 years later we have decided it is time to re-release this eclectic compilation of 21 songs from some of the best indie artists and their take on Christmas.These artists include The Flaming Lips, Belle Sebastian, Grandaddy, Low,Snow Patrol, Eels and Teenage Fanclub to name a few.The album is available to pre-order NOW in the Jeepster store on limited edition Christmas red transparent vinyl.The original intention of creating the album was to raise money for a worthy charity and we are pleased to say we will be supporting War Child with this vinyl release, an amazing organisation that protects, educates, and helps children get over the terrible traumas theyve suffered from war. All proceeds will go to the War Child charity.The intention was also to make a quality compilation, something that would sound good this and every Christmas. When approaching artists who we knew would understand the spirit of the album, we gave them one of three choices: they could cover a Christmas standard, jingle up one of their existing songs or donate an original song about Christmas. The support we had then and now from all the people involved has been amazing. Although most of these songs were recorded in 2000, in 2021 they still sound great. Have a cool, cool Christmas!
