1968 saw the first and best Jeff Beck Group at the height of their powers, with their live performances winning over audiences on both sides of the Atlantic. This LP includes 11 such tracks taken from UK and US radio broadcasts, including four songs that did not appear on the bands two studio LPs. Becks guitar and Rod Stewarts voice made for a potent combination, ably supported by Ron Wood on bass and a succession of drummers. Sound quality throughout is excellent, full sleeve notes and credits included.
