Classic Indian Mughal A classic Mughal dish is a combination of Indian and Persian cuisine noted for its distinctive aroma and types of whole spices. Ingredients you will need: 500g of Chicken MDH Bombay Biryani Masala spice mix Cooking oil Peeled potatoes Chopped onions Chopped tomatoes Garlic ginger paste Lemon juice Salt Yoghurt How to cook: Soak the Basmati rice of about 500g in water for a continuous 20-minute interval. Cut the 500g chicken into pieces for easier marinating. Marinade it in a mixture of garlic ginger paste, lemon juice, yoghurt, and salt for around 30 minutes. Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
