All the joins have been taped inside to make sure no wet can get in at the seams, and this matt-finish fabric has been given a water-repellent coating on top just to be sure. Details have been kept neat and spare. A full length zip is hidden behind a broad storm flap that closes firmly with touch-close fasteners finished with a satisfyingly chunky press stud at the bottom. Cuffs can be tightened up with broad touch-close tabs and adjusters for the foldaway hood have been kept neat and small. Inside we\'ve put a lot of thought into the linings, with a breathable mesh on the body with smooth taffeta in the sleeves to make it very easy to get on and off. By the hips are two large zip-up pockets, which are also virtually invisible to keep the design clean and understated.
