Chapter 4 brings the Carrie Belted Blazer Dress. Designed with the classic blazer silhouette in mind, the dress features a double wrap cinchable waist belt and knuckle grazing sleeves. Choose from two stunning, autumnal pantones, chocolate brown and cream.  Model is 5\'7\" and wears a size 8.  You will find tack stitching on the pockets of this garment. These stitches are put into the garment whilst it is being made. It’s easy to remove the tack stitching from the pockets to use them. However if you’re someone who does not use their pockets, then there’s no problem with leaving the tack stitching in.
