MGT (Mixed Groove Technology) combines the traditional diamond groove with ultra-grippy vertical grooves that run from the front to the back. These grooves improve traction from side to side, but don't hinder your ability to make small adjustments when you are fine-tuning your position forward or back. This Mixed Groove 3 piece front foot pad is compatible with any regular board. It improves the responsiveness of your board and is only 4.5mm thick. This will last you years.
