It will first vibrate gently after 15 seconds in an attempt to rouse baby, and if no breathing is detected for a period of 20 seconds it will alert you with an audible alarm. Remove the battery and press the ON/OFF button while the battery is out. Place the battery back into the Snuza Hero. Do not switch the unit ON. Does the Snuza Hero MD start alarming with the battery light flashing red? If yes, Replace the battery if the Snuza Hero MD has been used extensively for a long period of time. The Snuza Hero MD has activated the Arouse Warning . Refer to your manual “Arouse Warning Section” for more information. Any damage to the sensor would cause the device not to function correctly. If there is no physical damage on the device it could be that the sensor is not making contact with your baby’s movement. Always make sure that Snuzas coloured flexible tip maintains constant contact with baby’s tummy. Refer to manual under section “Diaper/Nappy fitment” for more information. Remove the battery for 10 seconds and do not press any buttons while the battery is out. Place the battery back in the Snuza Hero MD Do not switch the Snuza Hero MD ON.
