Here is a hand tool that quickly forms a bead on metal tubing to retain radiator, heater core, inter-cooler, fuel lines, ducting and other pressure hoses. Designed to form a 1.25mm high hose bead on 1.2mm wall steel, 1.5mm brass, aluminium and copper tubing, 16mm diameter and larger. (annealed stainless with a wall thickness up to 0.7mm)  The positive action, gear driven form rollers are designed for easy use with a crank handle (included) or ratchet. It may be vice mounted or hand-held and comes with a handy carrying case 3 sizes are available: - This is Bead Form Junior Used to form a bead on 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 \" tubing (8mm - 13mm) Also available: - Bead Form I Produces a .050 tall head on 5/8\" O.D. and larger tubing. - Bead Form II Used on tubing larger than 2\"  to form a 0.080  tall bead.
