Features: thanks to the foam structure, the dressing does not adhere to the digranulation tissue, while the semi-permeable PU membrane maintains the humid-like environment. The semi-permeable PU foam with medium porosity is supported by a PU membrane that acts as a barrier against liquids and bacteria; in the non-adhesive version, it is also provided with an edge with polyacrylic adhesive. Absorption of fast and safe exudate, excellent contact with the bottom of the lesion thanks to the rapid increase in volume, stability even after absorption, barrier to liquids and bacteria, allows personal hygiene.
