Three compression classes: - KL 1 (20-25mmhg): sense of heaviness in the legs, mild varicose syndrome, prevention of DVT, during sclerosing therapy of small vessels and post-surgical therapy of varices, after casting; - KL 2 (30-35mmhg): marked venous insufficiency with edema, ulcer treatment, sclerosing treatment of medium-sized veins; after varicose surgery, post-traumatic restraint; - KL 3 (40-45mmhg): serious venous insufficiency, inflamed edema, validated compression for the treatment of major varicose ulcers.
