The self-heating bands, which are activated in contact with the oxygen in the air, contain ingredients (iron, coal, salt and water) that develop a constant heat. The ThermaCare band starts to heat up when the envelope is opened, reaching the optimum temperature for the next 30 minutes. If applied for 8 hours, moderate and constant temperature in the fascia gives prolonged pain relief. It is indicated against muscle and joint pain due to fatigue and muscle tension, sprains, strains, arthritis. Suitable for chronic and occasional pains. ThermaCare does not contain any drugs. How to use Open the envelope immediately before use. ThermaCare will reach the correct therapeutic temperature within the next 30 minutes. Place on the painful area with the darker part of the cells facing the skin, connecting the fascia. Wear the band for 8 hours for the highest result. Do not wear a belt or tight clothes over the product. Warnings Discontinue use and consult a physician if you notice any discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness or any other persistent change in skin level in the area where you have worn the product, if the pain increases orimariate unchanged after 7 days. The cells that generate heat contain iron (about 2 grams). If iron enters direct contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and consult a doctor immediately. Even in case of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor. Do not heat the product in any way (eg microwave oven) or try to heat it, as the band could catch fire. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
