Arcangea Centella Hydroalcoholic solution Dietary supplement The Hydroalcoholic Solutions obtained from a fresh plant have the merit of preserving all the active ingredients of the plant at harvest time. They maintain the energy of the plant itself and make the principles contained more bioavailable to the human organism, increasing its effectiveness and its virtues on the various apparatuses. Most of the plants come from spontaneous collection while the remaining ones are of organic cultivation . The wild species are collected in the Apennines (Ligurian and Romagnolo) and in small part in the Alps during their balsamic time. They are then macerated within six hours of the collection in an hydroalcoholic solution with different gradations according to their characteristics. Each plant is, in fact, extracted to its optimal gradation . Plants that contain essential oils , for example, require an alcohol content of at least 60 ? , those in which the extraction of alkaloids is dominant require a 55 ? alcohol content, starches, salts, saponins, etc. they can be transformed into lower gradations. When necessary, extraction is carried out first in water and only secondarily in alcohol (Mallow and other plants containing mucilages, or Devil's claw for the extraction of iridoid principles are first placed in aqueous maceration to make it possible to obtain the most part of the principles which are water-soluble and then completed in alcohol, the maceration time must be at least six months and the maceration frequently and regularly mixed. After the maceration followed by pressing and filtering , finally the obtained dye is brought back to volume. A more and more numerous tinctures are then added to the plant salt obtained by calcining the residue of the pressing. The calcination of what remains from the plant, after pressing, allows to obtain the ash that will be washed in rain water. By evaporating the filtered water from the ash, crystals will be obtained. They will then be washed (at least seven times) to make them white and soft like snow. The salt will then be dissolved in the tincture. The extract is completed by adding also the essential oil according to the spagyric preparation. A slight deposit of these solutions will be indicative of their vitality and integrity.
