This is a sauerkraut with a delectable blend of spices, pronounced taste and fresh flavour. Ginger dominates the show alongside cinnamon, cloves, cumin, all spice and garlic. A delicate spiciness and fresh taste are achieved by the addition of some fresh horseradish root. A splash of cold pressed rapeseed oil is added to round of the flavours with a nutty note, also helping to bring together and blend all the wonderful aromas of the spices.
