Koko Dairy Free alternative to cheddar is completely dairy free and has a mature but mellow taste which we believe is the closest to dairy cheddar on the market. It\'s perfect sliced on sandwiches, grated as a topping or used in cooking. It\'s also great from a nutritional perspective as it has fewer calories and less fat than dairy cheddar but contains the same level of calcium plus added vitamins D2 and B12.
