Organic cashew based semi soft cheese reminiscent of a goat creamy soft cheese. No additives or preservative, aged for 1 to 2 weeks. Has a clean and tangy feel with an extremely soft and creamy texture. We handcraft our vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives.
