This semi-soft cashew cheese has a delicious creamy texture. Pure organic cashews and Halen Môn Anglesey sea salt give it a rich natural cheesy flavour, covered in our homemade herbes de Provence. Aged for 2 weeks. We handcraft our vegan cheeses and use no artificial additives or preservatives.
