Amaranth and blue corn are ancient grains so tasty and nutritious that they have been held with reverence as staples of the Aztec diet for thousands of years. As a homage to the communities and traditions that inspired our Tortilleria, we married these grains to create the loveliest of tortilla chips. Together, they have a unique, subtly sweet and earthy flavour. We are proud to be able to work with farmers in Milpa Alta (meaning high corn field) which overlooks Lake Texcoco. This basin is home to the ancient Aztec capital city of Tenochtitlan, known today as Mexico City   Ingredients Non-GMO Blue Corn (77.2%), Amaranth (2.4%), Sunflower Oil, Salt
