Luminox Navy SEAL Quartz Black Dial Rubber Men\'s Watch XS.3581 The Case: Luminox Navy SEAL XS.3581 Quartz Black Dial Rubber Men\'s Watch, moulded out of 316L stainless steel, which often referred to as being a ‘marine grade steel’ due to its peerless levels of toughness. A black 60-minute one sided rotating bezel is completed by a brushed steel finish, which gives the watch a robust ready-to-go look. It also contrasts perfectly with the polished surfaces of the case. Luminox’s signature double security oversized knurled crown is present within the crown guards at 3 o’clock. On top of the dial there is scratch-resistant, coated and non-reflective sapphire crystal glass. On the flip side there is a stainless steel screw down case back. The Dial: The black dial is complemented by red and black accents. The 12-hour display is comprised of simplistic black arabic numerals, while a white date display replaces the 3 o’clock marker. The 24-hour display is presented through the inner dial in subtle black arabic numerals that animate the dial. The Luminox logo replaces the 24 hour marker. A thick black hand set occupies the centre of the dial, it has been coated in tritium or Luminox Light Technology, which is a self-powered illumination system that utilises tiny micro gas light tubes to create ultimate visibility in complete darkness, under any conditions. This unique and advanced Swiss technology allows the watches to ensure at-a-glance visibility, meaning the watches provide a constant glow 24/7 for up to 25 years. The indices also contain LTT. The Bracelet: The bracelet is also made of rubber,which bestows the watch with a clean, robust look. It has been treated to the same as the bezel. It fastens using a standard buckle with engraving. The Functions: Powered by Swiss made Ronda 515 caliber movement. This provides the watch with a 45 month battery life. It also offers a hacking feature, meaning that the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out to time setting position. This can also be used as a battery saving mechanism, as when pulled out it will reduce battery consumption by 70 . It has a water resistance of 200 metres making it suitable for diving.
