Victorinox I.N.O.X V Quartz Black Dial Textile Strap Ladies Watch 241880 The Case: The Victorinox I.N.O.X V is characterized by its chunky design and bulky dimensions. Measuring in at 37mm in diameter this rose gold case is crafted from stainless steel. One of the most alluring aesthetic features of the case is the deep bevel cuts found on the bezel. Moreover, whilst most of the hexagonal bevel is brushed, the bevel cuts have been highly polished. This gives the watch a sporty look, that is like the contrasted polishing and brushing found on the bezel of the Patek Philippe Nautilus. Moreover, much of the watch’s girth can be be attributed to sizeable crown and crown guard that surrounds it. The crown has been embossed with the Victorinox logo.  On the flip side there is an open case back that allows the wearer to view the inner mechanisms of the watch. This displays the winding rotor that is signed with the familiar Swiss Army logo. Sapphire crystal glass has been used on the case back to ensure for maximum protection against scratches and shattering, likewise it has been used on the front of the case too.  The Dial: The minimalist design of the dial is presented in an elegant black and rose gold colour scheme. Rose gold baton style hour markers are present around the outer edge of the dial, they have been filled with a SuperLuminova coating to allow for visibility in areas of low light. The Victorinox logo replaces the 12 o’clock marker. A bold rose gold handset takes centre stage of the dial, it has also been filled with SuperLuminova. The Strap: The unique paracord strap is made from fabric and is stylised in a militaristic fashion. It is handwoven from the same type of nylon cord used for parachute suspension lines. When unraveled, the seven intricately woven strands can weave a fishing net, build a shelter or replace a shoelace. It fastens using a standard buckle. The Functions: The compact design of this quartz powered timepiece is designed to withstand up to 130 extreme endurance homologation tests. It includes a removable protective shield to add an extra design element. It is water resistant to 200 metres, making it suitable for diving.
