Junghans Meister Pilot Automatic 027/3794.00 Grey Dial Brown Leather Strap Men’s Watch The Junghans Meister Pilot 027/3794.00 is a reinvention of a classic timepiece that is draped in historical heritage, as in 1955, Junghans Watches were entrusted with producing a new service watch for pilots in the Bundeswher, also known as the armed forces of Germany. The brand went on to produce a legendary pilots chronograph which became a huge success within the military. The distinctive cog shaped bidirectional rotating bezel, complete with ten minute increments, bestows the watch an element of individuality. The sturdy dimensions of the case are enhanced by the oversized knurled crown. Two push buttons are present either side of the crown. Convex scratch resistant glass has been treated with an anti reflective coating. This allows for maximum legibility and resistance from scratches and knocks. The Strap: The watch features a resilient dark brown leather strap with beautifully contrasting white stitching and a black DLC stainless steel buckle. The Dial: Beneath the sapphire crystal glass is a striking grey anthracite dial that consists of appliqués and silver syringe style hands with a luminous substance to ensure optimal readability even in the dark. Bold white Arabic numerals also ensure for easy readability, while a subtle 60-minute track meanders around the edge of the dial.  Two sub-dials are present besides the 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock marker, display   30-minute and 60-minute readings.  The Functions: Automatic self-winding J880.4 calibre movement offers with a power reserve of 38 hours, while also guaranteeing optimal levels of accuracy.
