Maurice Lacroix Aikon Venturer Limited Edition Automatic Green Dial Leather Strap Watch AI6058-BRZ01-630-1 The Case: A 6-clawed bezel sits on top of the bronze stainless steel case, which gives the watch a similar appearance to the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. At a diameter of 43mm, the timepiece borders on the oversized category. The claws have been polished, in contrast with the vertically brushed surfaces on the bezel. The bevelled edges of the bezel have also been polished which gives the case a sharp angular appearance. The juxtaposition between polished  and brushed surfaces is a motif that is present throughout the case. The embossed crown further contributes to the watches presence. The sharp tapered angles of the case and integrated lugs offset the weight and size of the case. Sapphire crystal glass protects the dial. The Dial: Strong but not brutal, robust but not massive, modern but not futuristic, this automatic watch with three hands and a date function has a real presence on the wrist. The bronze hands and date surround draw the eye thanks to the contrast achieved by the green sun-brushed dial. The sun-brushed design is so called due to the shimmering effect resembling the sun striking the dial. Also seen on the dial is the ever present Maurice Lacroix logo which replaces the 12 o\'clock index. Placed around the very edge of the dial on the chapter ring are white second markers alongside bronze indexes which have a luminous coating, allowing for easy visibility at night. The Strap: Thanks to the Easychange system, it can be swapped in the blink of an eye for a vintage brown calfskin leather version with ecru top-stitching. Both of the straps feature the Maurice Lacroix embossed at the top of the the bottom strap. To fasten the strap, a folding clasp which has been given a bronze PVD treatment can be easily adjusted to your comfort. The Functions: The calibre which powers this timepiece is the ML115, an automatic movement. This calibre is a staple in Maurice Lacroix watches and has helped them win many awards such as the Red Dot Awards.
