Casio G-Shock G-Squad Quartz Black Dial Red Resin Strap Men’s Watch GBA-900-4AER The Case: Casio G-Shock Red Watch GBA-900-4AER G-Squad Quartz Mens features a bold case that is made out of resin and measures 48.9mm in diameter. It is presented in a red hue. A red fixed bezel displays the G-Shock logo at 12 o’clock, as well as some of the watch’s numerous functions next to their relative recessed push buttons that are located on the side of the case. The watch also features Casio’s ‘Patented Hollow Core Guard Structure’ which provides protection against impact and vibration. Further protection against scratches and shattering is provided through the hard scratch resistant mineral glass. The Dial: The black dial utilizes an ana-digi format, with a digital display window being located above the 12 o’clock marker. The display window displays the time in either a 24 and 12-hour format and it also displays the day and date. Another digital display window is located beside 10 o’clock, this is a battery level indicator. The analogical time is displayed through baton-style hour markers and a pencil-style handset that has been filled with luminescent material so that the dial can be read in the dark. A 60-minute scale is displayed on the chapter ring. The Casio logo is presented beside the 3 o’clock marker. The Strap: The robust strap is made out of resin and presented in a bold red hue. The watch is easily adjustable and it can fit a variety of wrist sizes, it fastens through the use of a standard plastic buckle. The Functions: This timepiece is powered by Japanese made quartz mechanisms and it has an accuracy of +/- 15 seconds per month. It also offers bluetooth connectivity and it can measure distance using an accelerometer while linked with the GPS function of a smartphone via Bluetooth. It also features: an alarm, a calendar, a countdown timer, a dual time function, super illuminator display, a power saving function and a stopwatch.
