Mondaine Essence Quartz Red Dial Recycled Textile Strap Ladies Watch MS1.32130.LC The Case: Mondaine Essence Watch MS1.32130.LC Quartz Recycled Textile Strap features a 32mm dark cherry red case that is crafted from a bio based polyamide. A red gasket crown is present on the edge of the case, besides the 3 o’clock marker. It has been embossed with a Mondaine logo, which incorporates the brand\'s iconic design. It also features a fixed bezel and short straight lugs. Hardened mineral crystal glass sits on top of the case, which is a material renowned for its durability. The Dial: This timepiece showcases the iconic, minimalist design of the Official Swiss Railways clock. It was inspired by the design codes of the Bauhaus movement, whereby ‘form follows function’. This dogma forms the basis of the minimalist motif that is present in all Mondaine timepieces. Each dial offers unequivocal levels of legibility through their clean and refined style.    Thick white baton style hands and indices are set against the cherry red background of the dial. The hour markers are interspersed by a 60-minute scale. Mondaine’s famous red paddle second hand provides the watch with its unmistakable identity. The Mondaine logo is also present beneath the 12 o’clock marker. The Strap: The cherry red strap is made out of recycled textile and has a skin-friendly natural cork lining. The strap is easily adjustable and it fastens easily using a standard buckle. The Functions: This watch is powered by Ronda 736E calibre quartz mechanisms. This provides the watch with a 40 month battery life. It also offers a hacking feature, meaning that the second hand stops when the crown is pulled out to time setting position. This can also be used as a battery saving mechanism, as when pulled out it will reduce battery consumption by 70 .
