Luminox Master Carbon Seal 3860 Series Automatic Black Dial Red Rubber Strap Men’s Watch XS.3875 The Case: This Luminox Master Carbon Seal 3860 XS.3875 Series features a robust case that is forged from carbon compound material developed by Luminox called Carbonox+. Luminox says that Carbonox+ has twice as much tensile strength as their standard Carbonox material and three times less water absorption. The case measures 45mm in diameter and is light to the touch, because Carbonox is six times lighter than steel, but still extremely resilient and durable. It has a distinctive textured appearance and a bold sharp edged shape, which gives the watch a powerful feel.  On top of the case there is a black unidirectional rotating bezel that displays a 60-minute scale with increments of 10-minutes. It also displays one of Luminox’s signature LLT (Luminox Light Technology) which are the luminescent pips located in between the minute markers. At the side of the case at 3 o’clock there is a steel screw down crown that is protected by a sharp angular crown guard. It also features ultra-scratch resistant sapphire crystal that provides the watch with optimum protection. It has been treated to an anti-reflective coating, which ensures that the dial always remains readable. The Dial: The black dial has a horizontal pressed design, which gives the dial a handsome textured appearance. The dial exhibits baton-style hour markers that are made out of tritium rods, which form a 12-hour scale around the edge of the dial. The tritium tubes ensure that the dial remains always visible, as they provide a constant glow 24/7 for up to 25 years. A 60-minute scale with increments of 1-minutes is located on the dial’s chapter ring. Another 60-minute scale forms the inner dial, it is displayed through increments of 5-minutes and stylised with Arabic numerals. The dial also features a day-date window display at 3 o’clock. In the centre of the dial there is a syringe style handset, which also features a tritium tube. The Luminox shield logo is presented at the 12 o’clock mark in the inner dial.  The Strap: The strap is made out of rubber, which means that it is both easy to maintain and comfortable when it is on the wrist. It is presented in red and it features a pressed Luminox logo which runs all the way around the strap. It fastens through the use of a standard buckle. The Functions: This timepiece is powered by automatic Sellita caliber SW220-1 movement which provides the watch with an accuracy of -10/+30 seconds per day and a power reserve life of 32 hours.
