Casio Sports Quartz Black Dial Black Resin Strap Mens Watch SGW-500H-2BVER The Case: Casio Sports Watch SGW-500H-2BVER Quartz Black Dial Mens features a circular 47mm case that is made out of resin and presented in black. There are push buttons located at 2, 3, 4, 8 and 10 o’clock on the side of the case, they allow the wearer to interact with the watch’s numerous functions. Within the case there is a fixed metallic blue bezel which displays the four cardinal and four intercardinal directions of the compass. The glass is made out of resin which provides it with protection against scratches and shattering.  The Dial: This timepiece features an analogue-digital display dial. The analogue display is presented through blue baton-style hour markers which are interspersed a white 60-minute scale. In the centre of the dial there is a sword-style handset, which has a luminescent filling allowing the dial to be read in the dark. A digital-display window is located at 6 o’clock on the dial, it displays the time in a 12/24 hour format and a customisable day and date format: YY/MM/DD - DD/MM/YY - MM-DD-YY. There is also a built-in direction sensor which detects magnetic north displaying both this and your current direction on the watch face. It offers a measuring Range: 0 - 359 degrees. There is also a built-in temperature sensor that measures the ambient temperature around the watch and displays it on the digital display window.  The Strap: The black strap is made out of resin, it features an accordion style design and is easily adjustable. It fastens through the use of a standard plastic buckle.  The Functions: This timepiece is powered by quartz mechanisms, which provides it with an accuracy of +/-30 seconds per month and has a battery life of approximately 2 years.
