Pulsar Quartz Blue Dial Stainless Steel Bracelet Ladies Watch PH8313 The Case: This Pulsar Ladies Watch PH8313 features an elegant circular polished brass case that measures 30mm in diameter. The case consists of a fixed bezel, a crown at 3 o’clock, a snap caseback and mineral glass.  The Dial: The blue dial displays a simplistic two-step design. The outer dial exhibits silver elongated baton-style hour markers, there are also two decorative stones on each hour marker at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o’clock. In the centre of the dial there is a silver alpha style handset and the Pulsar logo which is presented in silver.  The Bracelet: The 3-link oyster style bracelet is forged from stainless steel, it measures 14mm in diameter.
