Casio G-Shock G-Steel Quartz Black Dial Black Resin Strap Mens Watch GST-B100GC-1AER The Case: The Casio G-Shock G-Steel GST-B100GC-1AER features a black ion plated case that is made from stainless steel. It measures 53.8mm in diameter and it also flaunts a new core guard structure that absorbs shocks with the exterior as opposed to the core; it does this by securely connecting the bezel, case back and band connection pieces. On the side of the case there are numerous push buttons and a crown that has been knurled which allows it to be easily gripped. The G-Shock logo and the watch’s numerous functions are displayed on the fixed dial. Tough mineral glass provides the highest level of scratch resistance, clarity and pressure resistance. The Dial: The dial of this timepiece has a strong visual impact thanks to its intricate design and golden accents. The chronograph style dial exhibits three sub-dials that display a 12-hour scale, a day-display and a battery indicator.. Raised golden baton-style hour markers are located around the edge of the dial, while a golden pencil style handset occupies the centre of the dial. The handset has been filled with a luminescent material which allows the dial to be read in the dark. A date display window is positioned in between the 4 and 5 o’clock marker. The Strap: The black bracelet is made from synthetic resin which has a textured pattern which runs down the centre of it. It fastens through the use of a standard buckle. The Functions: This timepiece is solar powered and an accuracy of around +/- 15 seconds per month.
