Seiko 5 Sports Field Watch Automatic Black Dial Black Leather Strap Men’s Watch SRPG41K1 The Case: The Seiko 5 Sports Field Watch SRPG41K1 comes in a circular stainless steel case. The bezel-less case measures 39mm in width, it has been treated to a brushed finish which contributes greatly to the watch’s utilitarian appearance and provides it with greater longevity. A push/pull crown is located on the side of the case besides the 3 o’clock position, it has a coined edge which allows it to be easily operated. Curved hardlex crystal glass protects the front of the dial, while flat hardlex crystal glass is used on the back of the case for the see-through case back.  The Dial: The radiant black dial accentuates the watch’s rugged aesthetics, its uncluttered design ensures that it can be easily read. The dial exhibits a 24-hour display with the 12-hour scale being presented around the outer edge of the dial through cream Arabic numerals. The 24-hour time is presented underneath forming an inner dial, it is also presented through Arabic style numerals. A 60-minute track can be seen around the edge of the dial on the chapter ring, this allows for a more accurate reading of the time, it also features LumiBrite filled pips that are located above the hour markers. A silver framed pencil-style handset has also been filled with LumiBrite, which allows the dial to be read in the dark. The second hand features an orange arrow tip that has also been filled with LumiBrite. A day-date display window replaces the 3 o’clock marker, it has a silver frame which matches the silver of the handset. The Seiko 5 Sport logo is presented in silver underneath the 12 o’clock marker.  The Strap: The watch comes equipped with a simplistic black leather alligator-style strap, which features subtle cream contrast stitching. Not only are leather straps renowned for being comfortable they are also incredibly durable. The strap fastens through the use of a standard buckle that has been signed with the Seiko logo. The Functions: Seiko’s exclusive 4R36 automatic movement powers this timepiece. It is a self-winding movement with manual-winding capacity and hacking-seconds features. This movement has a 41 hour power, it consists of 23 jewels and it beats at 21,600vph. This watch has a water resistance of 100 metres, making it suitable for snorkelling.
